Carmen, a highly experienced professional with 13 years in the banking industry, joined AbbyBank in February of 2014 and stands as a pillar of expertise in personal banking. Carmen, a Senior Personal Banker, was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in Abbotsford in May 2024, in which she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her new role.
What sets me apart?
I have spent the past ten years specializing in personal banking, focusing on IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts) and HSAs (Health Savings Accounts). This experience has allowed me to provide valuable support to both customers and colleagues. I find the most rewarding part of my job is helping customers achieve their financial goals and seeing the positive impact it has on their lives. It's the reason I enjoy my work so much. Additionally, I am committed to training new Personal Bankers, ensuring our team is well-prepared to meet the diverse needs of our customers.
