Carmen, a highly experienced professional with 15 years in the banking industry, joined AbbyBank in February of 2014 and stands as a pillar of expertise in personal banking. After serving as Senior Personal Banker and later being promoted to Assistant Branch Manager in Abbotsford in May 2024, Carmen was promoted to Branch Manager in March 2026, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.
What sets me apart?
I have spent the past twelve years specializing in personal banking, focusing on IRAs (Individual Retirement Accounts) and HSAs (Health Savings Accounts). This experience has allowed me to provide valuable support to both customers and colleagues. I find the most rewarding part of my job is helping customers achieve their financial goals and seeing the positive impact it has on their lives. It's the reason I enjoy my work so much.
