What is an ITM?
An ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) looks like an ATM, but it does so much more! With just a few taps, you can talk live with one of our friendly AbbyBank tellers using video. You can make deposits, withdrawals, cash checks, transfer money, and more—just like you would inside the bank.
How do I use it?
It’s easy! You can use the ITM like a regular ATM, or select the Talk to a Teller option to connect with a live AbbyBank team member. They will guide you through your transaction step by step.
Can I use it for all types of banking transactions?
Most everyday transactions can be done at the ITM—withdrawals, deposits, transfers, and loan payments. Some transactions may still need to be done inside the branch, and our staff will be happy to guide you.
Is there a fee to use an ITM?
No, using an ITM is the same as going to the teller window. There are no additional fees.
Which locations have an ITM?
Currently, the ITM is available at the drive-through at our Abbotsford AbbyBank location.
Can I talk to a real person?
Yes! That’s one of the best parts. Just select Talk to a Teller and a friendly AbbyBank teller will appear on screen to help you in real time.
Is it safe to use?
Absolutely. ITMs use the same security standards you trust at AbbyBank to protect your information and transactions. Your conversation with the ITM teller is private, just like speaking with a teller inside the branch or through a drive-up window. And if you ever have a question during your transaction, a live teller is always available to help.
When are Interactive Teller Machines available?
AbbyBank's Interactive Teller Machines are available 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with access to a live AbbyBank teller during those hours. Outside of teller hours, the ITM functions like a traditional ATM, allowing you to complete common ATM transactions. And if you’re using the ITM during teller hours, you always have the option to connect with a live teller at any point during your transaction.
