Meet Our New COO: Experienced Leadership for the Future
AbbyBank is pleased to announce the addition of Matt Simons as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing more than 20 years of banking experience and a strong track record of operational and risk management leadership to the organization.
As Chief Operations Officer, Simons will oversee the bank's operations while helping drive innovation, efficiency, and exceptional service across the organization. His leadership will support AbbyBank's continued commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience while preparing the bank for future growth

Simons earned his Bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He is also a graduate of the Wisconsin Bankers Association Commercial Lending School.
Outside of work, Simons enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, especially at their Northwoods cabin, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
