What sets me apart?
For me, banking is about building relationships and empowering others to feel confident in their financial journey. I joined AbbyBank as a Teller in September 2024 and was excited to step into the role of Personal Banker just a few months later in December. This opportunity has allowed me to take a more active role in helping our customers plan for the future and achieve their financial goals.
As a Personal Banker, I assist customers with opening and managing accounts, provide guidance on financial products, and offer tailored advice to support their unique needs. I take pride in creating a positive and welcoming banking experience—one where each customer feels heard, supported, and valued.
My vision is to help customers feel empowered when it comes to managing their finances. I believe in transparency, integrity, and clear communication. Whether it’s helping someone grow their savings, manage their day-to-day finances, or plan for retirement, I’m here to provide personalized, straightforward solutions every step of the way.
What I love most about my job is the impact it has. There’s something truly rewarding about watching a customer feel more confident in their financial decisions and knowing I’ve been part of that success. Building trust, solving problems, and celebrating milestones with customers is what inspires me every day.
