Rebecca Kuczer

AbbyBank proudly welcomed Rebecca to the team as Shawano’s Branch Manager in June 2025. With six years of banking experience and a background in owning and operating a farm for much of her adult life, Rebecca brings a strong foundation in financial literacy, time management, hard work, and problem-solving to her new role. Her focus on customer care and community connection makes her a great fit for AbbyBank and the Shawano team.

Customers have always been at the heart of her banking experience, and she’s excited to make them her top priority at AbbyBank. Whether it’s a familiar face or someone new, Rebecca is motivated each day by the opportunity to greet customers and get to know them—right where they are. 

Welcoming customers is the best part of what I do. I truly enjoy learning what matters to each person and helping them feel at home in our branch. I also believe that giving back shouldn’t feel like work—it should be part of everyday life. My family and I enjoy spending time together while supporting others, especially through our involvement in the 4-H community. That same spirit of connection and care is what I bring to my role every day.
