Lisa, a veteran in the banking industry with over four decades of industry experience, joined AbbyBank in November 2019 after an acquisition transition with State Bank. With over 25 years of experience in her current role, Lisa has been instrumental in assisting customers in the Shawano area with their personal banking needs. Lisa's dedication to creating meaningful relationships and providing exceptional service is what makes her an invaluable asset to AbbyBank.

As a Personal Banker, I love the opportunity to meet new people and assist them in achieving their financial goals. I've built countless wonderful relationships with my customers and their families. My goal is to make every customer feel comfortable and look forward to their visits to AbbyBank. 

I'm passionate about helping others, whether it's opening a new account, helping prevent scams, assisting customers in the unfortunate situation of fraud, or addressing their other banking needs. Everyone has a unique story and I find it fascinating to learn and be part of their financial journeys. My advice to new or prospective customers is simple: we're here to help. My personal mantra is "A smile doesn't cost anything, make someone's day!" and I strive to embody this in my interactions every day. My positive outlook on life is summed up by the belief that my glass is always half full.
