You deserve the best! Beginning Friday, November 6, 2020 we will be upgrading our core banking system to provide you with new banking technology! Due to this upgrade, we will be closed on Saturday, November 7, 2020. On Monday, November 9th, you will experience a new online banking system. 

The technology may change, but the great service and friendly faces, will still be the same. We have created a conversion guide with information including; important dates to remember, product name changes, and how you can prepare for the big day! As always, we are here to help. Consumer & Small Business Guide.

Important note: If you are a business, you will login to eBanking starting November 9th unless you were contacted by an AbbyBank Business Banker about our Business eBanking service. On Monday morning at 8:00 a.m., you will login with your current eBanking User ID in all lowercase and the last four digits of your SSN or EIN as your password. 

The Mobile Banking app in the Google Play store is available by searching "AbbyBank" with quotations around it.

The core system is the primary operating system that allows us to transact many of our daily banking functions and help find solutions for your financial goals. After over a year of researching different core systems, we found a partner that could help provide you with the capabilities we’ve never had before! We will be offering more technology and enhanced products and services to better fit your financial needs and accommodate future growth. While exciting enhancements are coming, we promise our most established and traditional banking practices will remain the same.

The conversion to our new system will begin on Friday, November 6, 2020, after the Bank closes, and will be completed by the morning of Monday, November 9, 2020. We will be closed on Saturday. November 7, 2020 to process the conversion.

Yes. Account numbers in effect on conversion weekend will stay the same. You may also use your existing checks and deposit slips indefinitely. Your interest rate and loan terms will not change. 

Yes. You may continue to use your existing debit card. AbbyBank ATMs and debit cards will be available for cash withdrawals and purchases throughout conversion weekend. Balance inquires and transfers will not be available during conversion weekend. 

You will still have access to your funds. We are planning the conversion over the weekend of November 6th – 8th to minimize the impact on you. We always suggest carrying two forms of payment with you to avoid any unplanned disruption of service.

Your online banking access will be suspended at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, November 6th. Account and transaction history will remain in the system. On your first login, your temporary password will be the last 4 digits of your SSN. You will use your current eBanking User ID in all lowercase. For security purposes, you will be prompted on your first login to create a new password and security features. Access to online banking will be available at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, November 9th. 
Yes. Transaction cut off time will remain the same as it is now, end of day.
Yes, we will update your account throughout the day depending on the type of transactions. When you make an ATM withdrawal or debit card purchase, the balance that is available on your ATM or check card is updated immediately.
Most recurring transfers from your internal accounts should convert over. You can re-enter any that didn't convert as needed. 
Bill Pay Payee information will be converted. Please confirm all your accounts are listed as anticipated. Alerts will need to be recreated as needed. 
You will need to login to eBanking before you can successfully login to Mobile Banking. You will also need to download our new Mobile Banking apps for consumer and/or businesses which will be available for download in the Google Play and the App Store starting on Monday, November 9th.  
Once you have successfully logged into Mobile Banking, you will be able to re-enroll in Mobile Deposit. 
Login to eBanking and click on the 'More' icon on the top menu and click on 'Documents'. Read the disclosures and place this code into the box provided.
